NVIDIA Shareholder Meeting Set for May 19; Stockholders Can Participate Online

SANTA CLARA, CA -- NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at its headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif., on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at 9 am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The meeting will take place in Building E, located at 2800 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, Calif.

Individuals wishing to attend the meeting virtually may do so by going to www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NVIDIA. Stockholders will need their 12-digit control number included in their notice or proxy card to access the meeting and may vote and submit questions while attending the meeting online. Non-stockholders are welcome to attend by going to the above link and selecting "Other Attendees."

The matters to be voted on at the meeting are set forth in the company's Proxy Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 6, 2010. The Proxy Statement is available at www.nvidia.com/proxy.

After conducting the business of the meeting, Jen-Hsun Huang, NVIDIA president and chief executive officer, will deliver a presentation.
