David M. Shannon
EVP, General Counsel and Secretary
David Shannon joined NVIDIA in 2002 as general counsel, leading the company’s legal and intellectual property initiatives. He added the role of secretary in 2005.
Previously, Shannon spent nine years at Intel, most recently serving as vice president and assistant general counsel. He also practiced for eight years at Gibson Dunn and Crutcher, focusing on complex commercial and high-tech related litigation.
He holds a BA degree and JD with honors from Pepperdine University.
